Originally made for an abbey. These three representations of men of different ages have their heads protruding from the ground or from a barrel. All have baldness. Can they be associated with the fig of a Franciscan monk? On closer inspection, the oldest is trying to hide his baldness with a lock of hair. The second wears a catoguant, and the last wears an earring.
A mocking figure of man that can be activated by tapping on the bald spot with a wooden hammer and activating a catogant movement.
